Aman’s Flagship Sanctuary in Dubai

At Aman Residences, Dubai, the Aman philosophy of “a place of peace” is translated into a limited collection of 78 two- to five-bedroom residences and four waterfront villas at the tip of Dubai Peninsula, set within nine acres of landscaped gardens and a private white sand beach.


Designed by long-time collaborator Kerry Hill Architects, the twin North and South Residence towers echo the brand’s signature minimalism: clean lines, a muted palette of desert tones, natural oak and limestone, and floor-to-ceiling glazing that frames the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.


Each home is accessed via a private lift and lobby, with expansive internal and external living areas, private terraces and its own pool, so the experience feels closer to an ultra-private Aman villa than a conventional city apartment.


For an end user or holding family office, it reads as a primary Aman base in the region, with scale more akin to a standalone residence than a branded pied-à-terre.

Residents share nine acres of tranquil gardens with the hotel, and benefit from an exclusive residential amenity layer including a private lobby and lounge, meeting rooms and executive boardroom, a residence-only garden, a 50-metre outdoor pool with separate family pool and a 100-square-metre state-of-the-art fitness studio.


Beyond that, owners are plugged into the full Aman ecosystem: priority access to the largest Aman Spa & Wellness centre to date, six signature dining venues, and nomination to Aman Club, Amans most expansive club globally.


Residential services range from round-the-clock concierge, doorman, valet and on-property maintenance to à la carte butler, housekeeping, chef, in-residence spa treatments and travel coordination via Aman Private Office.


The result is an urban resort compound where daily life can be conducted inside a fully serviced Aman envelope.
