Arancia Yards is the first residential chapter within The Yards, BEYOND’s new landscape-led masterplan in City of Arabia.

The development is composed of three low-rise buildings arranged around a central green valley, creating a sheltered residential setting rather than a typical tower layout. The project includes 272 residences across 6 to 7 floors, with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments.

That means a lower-rise, garden-focused address from BEYOND, the premium real estate brand under Omniyat Group, within a wider 165,000 sqm masterplan where more than 70% is dedicated to open-air living.

Arancia Yards is built around landscape, light and daily use, not just a list of facilities.

The wider Yards masterplan is intended to work as a self-contained daily environment, with cafés, plazas, wellness spaces, a sports hub, community farm, nursery, school, clinic and mosque woven into the community.
