A Hidden Coast, a hidden sanctuary

At Jumeirah Asora Bay, coastal living is conceived as an entire layered estate at La Mer rather than a single branded residence concept.


The masterplan combines 29 hillside apartments and a seven-bedroom penthouse within Jumeirah Residences Asora Bay, a separate collection of Ocean Mansions villas, and an adjoining Jumeirah hotel component with hotel villas, hotel building, pools, beach, hillside and specialty restaurant.


Set within two sculpted hills rising from the coastline, the architecture replaces the usual glass-tower logic with stone-inspired forms, broad terraces and soft horizontal lines that feel shaped by dune, wind and water.


For a buyer, that matters because the project reads less like an isolated building and more like a private coastal district where apartments, villas and hospitality are intentionally woven together.

What makes Asora Bay compelling is the way wellness and amenity are stitched through the terrain, from hillside arrival points down to the beach and lagoon.
