"for the few"

A singular expression of living architecture, Muraba Veil is a 72-storey tower designed by RCR Arquitectes - Pritzker Laureates acclaimed for their deep sensitivity to site, material, and light. Positioned directly on the Dubai Water Canal, just moments from Four Seasons Jumeirah and Mr. C Residences, the tower reimagines vertical living as a responsive, sculptural experience rooted in climate and cultural context.

Inspired by the protective logic of desert dwellings and the spatial intimacy of the Arabian courtyard, Muraba Veil is not simply clad - it is veiled. A porous stainless steel mesh wraps the building, forming an adaptive skin that filters, cools, and shades.

This architectural veil responds to weather conditions in real time, filtering daylight, diffusing glare, and enabling passive cooling through air circulation. As light, wind, and season shift, so too does the character of the building - never static, always alive. This interplay of light and materiality extends inward.

Within, the architectural language continues - residences are finished in travertine, natural oak, plaster stucco, and honed aluminum accents, echoing the tower’s exterior logic. Expansive terraces are cantilevered to create framed views over the water and the skyline, while integrated planters and water features provide a sensory buffer from the city.

Spatial volumes are open and uninterrupted. A reinforced central core eliminates the need for internal columns, allowing each residence to unfold as a seamless space of clarity and calm. Full-height glazing draws in natural light and frames

uninterrupted views toward the Burj Khalifa, Safa Park, and the Gulf.

Each home is accessed via private lift.

Layouts range from two- to five-bedroom residences, including a limited collection of duplexes and a singular five-bedroom penthouse. Interior areas begin at approximately 3,800 sq ft and extend beyond 10,500 sq ft for select upper-floor units. Several residences feature private plunge pools nestled into landscaped terraces, offering private sanctuaries in the sky.

The amenities are curated as an extension of the architectural ethos. Below ground, the Dune Wellness Club offers a sensory retreat: thermal pools, treatment rooms, a fully equipped performance gym, and shaded recovery zones. Above, a rooftop social space unfolds across a landscaped horizon with a cinema pod, private majlis, open-air dining lounges, and panoramic water features. Discreet resident services include valet, housekeeping, concierge, meeting rooms, padel courts, and a subterranean event gallery.

Location is both central and concealed. Set along a quiet stretch of the Dubai Water Canal, the tower offers direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, Downtown Dubai, DIFC, and the beach - all within a 10-15 minute radius - while preserving privacy and tranquillity behind its sculpted, kinetic curtain.

More than a tower, Muraba Veil is a study in restraint, rhythm, and response. It is a building that shifts with the day and settles with the night - defined not by excess, but by intention. For those who see architecture not as marketing but as meaning, this is a rare opportunity to inhabit a living piece of design.
